Background and Educational Journey:

I was born and raised in Donetsk, Eastern Ukraine, In the late 90s, I relocated to Germany. As a Russian native speaker in Ukraine, I was deeply fascinated by languages and their role in shaping our identities. This fascination motivated me to pursue studies in interpretation and translation. This academic pursuit intensified my commitment to exploring the intricate interplay between language, culture, and visual art.

Artistic Evolution:

Over the past two and a half decades, my residence in Germany, Belgium, the USA, and now Paris, France has provided a rich tapestry for my artistic exploration. Engaging in painting and drawing, circular art, and abstract expressionism studies at the Atelier des Beaux Arts de la Ville de Paris since 2018, I've continued to delve into the endless possibilities of understanding images in a cross-cultural environment.

Humanitarian Engagement:

The onset of the war in Ukraine in 2014 prompted me to volunteer my time and efforts to support Ukrainian refugees. Since 2022, I have been managing a refugee center in Paris, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by conflict. Their stories inspire my artistic work.

Artistic Philosophy:

My artistic journey is deeply influenced by the confluence of cultures, languages, and the transformative power of visual art. The abstract expressionist paintings I create serve as visual dialogues in a universal language that is transcending borders, cultural and linguistic barriers. They explore the profound possibilities of understanding images without the support of language, fostering a universal connection through visual narratives. They act as a unifying force, requiring no translation or explanation to evoke emotion and connection.
